Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is a reviewer who tackles Z-grade film usually within the horror or martial arts genre. The style is similar to The Cinema Snob but tending toward action films that are dumb and boring, as well as an obsession with these films. She started reviewing late in 2009, gaining some respect from the forums of Channel Awesome under the old username Obscurus Lupa. In the year 2010 she was a member of the Channel Awesome Family. The channel was online until 2015, which is when Obscurus Lupa Presents became Movie Nights. She hosts two podcasts which cover the Charmed franchise. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Watch her videos on YouTube and Vimeo. You can also find her videos on Twitter and Tumblr. Do you want to be as sexy as Allison? You can see her kicking her thighs in the role of Interpol Ninja Cheetah Lee on Ninja the Mission Force. She also appeared as a character in Brad Jones' movie Jesus Bro! The appearances she made on Midnight Screenings were usually reviews of shite films for children or RiffTrax as well as occasional adult comedies. In late 2009 she began to review movies, and began to gain a following on the Channel Awesome forums. She joined the group of film critics. She has been on countless Channel Awesome episodes, including Atop the Fourth Wall as in Phelous & the Movies. She was a part of the Channel Awesome family alongside Doug Walker and often appeared in episodes of the Nostalgia Critic.
